Tracy Jane Comer and Randy Green to Celebrate Release of New EP

Release Show is Thursday, September 30 at The Brink Lounge at 8PM

Tracy Jane Comer and longtime collaborator Randy Green will celebrate the release of their new EP, In a Sentimental Mood, with a party at the Brink Lounge on Thursday, September 30th.
The new EP is a collection of jazz-flavored originals and covers, recorded following a special benefit show in March 2009 where the pair helped to raise funds to send the high school youth of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (Madison) to New Orleans on a mission trip.

The album features Comer (vocals, guitar, piano), Green (piano, synth) and guests Ben Johnston Urey (piano), Steve Kasprzak (upright bass) and Leif Madsen (drums). The group had such a great time putting the show together they wanted to preserve some of what we came up with.

A portion of the sales of the EP will continue to benefit the youth of Good Shepherd for future projects. You can download a digital version at Broadjam (click ALBUMS).

Joining Comer and Green at the Brink Lounge will be Comer’s bandmate in Wild Heart, vocalist Theresa “TC” Peart and Delores Jenison, who performs with Comer’s other project, Cornerstone.
